Sketchy path isn’t for learning pathology, it’s for remembering it and tethering the elements of it to a memory palace. I never liked Sketchy Path. Learning the pathophysiology of a disease was a lot easier than watching a 30 min video with mnemonics crowded into one scene. The sketches are too crowded.

I can't comment on using the anki decks specifically since I don't think they were out by the time I took Step 1. Generally speaking, sketchypath by itself is not sufficient for learning all of pathology so I guess the answer would be no, the deck isn't enough.
