I took the new free 120 and got a 58% 10 days ago, and I took the old free 120 offline today and got 72.5%. Wanted to see if other people had similar experiences. Every time they have ever retired old practice materials and released new ones, the new stuff has been markedly more difficult. Unfortunately this accurately reflects the exam.

A step 1 score may not help you in the 2024 Match, but it certainly won’t hurt. Right now you seem to be doing everything right.
