In case you missed it, Aisling T4 and catalysts took a severe hit in 3.15. So, Aisling T4 will now remove a random affix before applying the veiled affixes, and catalysts will not increase the chance of certain mods to roll (or certain mods to be removed in case of annuls). So yeah, more gambling to our crafting system.

Veiled mods, while they are veiled, are crafted mods. You can't Aisling slam onto an item with a crafted mod, and you can remove veiled mods at the crafting bench before you unveil them. Once you hand the item to Jun and click "unveil", though, you can't get the item back until you choose a mod.
