Lr 300 ( vanilla m4 wannabe ) can equip m203. To use underbarrel grenade launcher you need to press the key you heve set in keybindings. The vanilla game lies when it says you can attach a grenade launcher attachment to the GP37. ZRP 1.07 "fixes" this so that the description is correct.However, it seems like many people haven't used the GL enough for there to be guides about the launcher. So I made one. 1. Ballistics. The 40mm rounds travel at 76 m/s which means the drop is insane. Tarkov does not have the ladder sights for the GL40 yet, and iron sights are useless except close range of under 25 meters.The underbarrel gernade launchers kinda suck as a real offencive weapon and are too hard to aim I always seem to miss targets and even in the fireing range cant hit anything othere than the first target but you get 6 rounds and when the right situation apears be it a helicopter or AI in a cluster its pretty useful at times but I wouldnt trust it when playing VS real players.On the Launcher screen, you should see the "install" button, when you click on it, the installation of the game begins. If, instead of the "install" button, you see the "buy" button, then you need to make sure that you are using the correct account that has the Escape from Tarkov pre-order purchased.

Go to the MCM menu and then to All Keybinds and it will say what the keybind is on mine its 2x mouse 4 button, some keybinds need either press twice or shift + the key. Like you said it's the same button as the canted sights, just keep pushing that button until it selects the grenade launcher. Damn.
